Kid's Heart Challenge

On February 1st, there will be a virtual assembly to launch our Kid's Heart Challenge program that will bring our school community together in a fun way, to rally around physical and mental wellness. Students will learn how they can have happy and healthy hearts, families will be challenged to get active, and we will all learn how we can help others with special hearts.

Parents, you are highly encouraged to pre-register your child by downloading the “Kids Heart Challenge” FREE App or sign up on Nanakuli Elementary School’s KHC website by clicking the title of this article.

COVID-19 Vaccine

The Hawai‘i Department of Health is moving forward with implementing a robust, comprehensive vaccination plan to ensure the COVID-19 vaccine is available to Hawai‘i residents in an efficient, orderly manner. See this page for more information.

Acellus Program Review

The Hawaii State Department of Education (HIDOE) has completed an instructional review of the
online curriculum Acellus Learning Accelerator. This review was prompted by numerous parent,
school and community complaints around issues of questionable and inappropriate content, rigor

1st Quarter Drive-thru Celebration

You are invited to participate in NES 1st “Fall Celebration” Drive-Thru on October 2, 2020 from 11:30am - 12:30pm. Let’s celebrate our 1st Quarter accomplishments! All NES students and families will remain in their vehicle.
